Wendy Herst's broad experience has led to her success in relocating physicians. She owned her own executive search firm and was a founding member of a Travel Nursing staffing firm that she helped to grow to a $100M company. That background combined with her real estate experience, where she is an award-winning REALTOR® ranked in the top 1% in Arizona, is what she credits with her success.

Her husband is an anesthesiologist with 25 years of experience in the Greater Phoenix Area. This brings confidence to many physician candidates that Ms. Herst is in a similar social circle.

With extensive knowledge of the Greater Phoenix Area, Ms. Herst is able to help your clients learn about the many municipalities here. She has a masterful command of the character and lifestyle of cities and neighborhoods. She can offer insight to relocation candidates about school systems, recreation, topography, retail services, and community amenities.

Ms. Herst has called Scottsdale home for the last 16 years. She and her husband live in North Scottsdale, and her two children attend Scottsdale schools.

Originally from New York and Los Angeles with a few stints in Nashville, Wendy has an M.A. in Music Composition from Claremont Graduate University and a B.S. in both Music and Economics from Vassar College.
